Heather specializes in operational accounting, forecasting, and strategic problem-solving, helping clients turn their dreams into measurable financial targets. She provides crucial support for decision-making and acts as a liaison with bankers, investors, and other professional service providers. Heather's in-depth understanding of the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) model allows her to be a catalyst for change, helping businesses gain clarity and focus.
